Each door hanger is painted and sealed. They are best to be placed under an overhang to be protected from the elements.

Shipping info: Each sign is made in the order it is received so if there is ever a reason that your sign will be delayed, I will communicate expected shipment delay. If you need the item sooner, please send an e-mail or message and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order, no exceptions will be made.

Returns/refunds: 30 day return policy. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. If items were damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items or no refund will be given. Moreover, no returns will be made on any signs due to wear and tear or cracks in the wood from being left in the elements.
